Elgin     5509 Doctors Watch       

Produced around 1941 this is an Elgin Duo-dial "5509 Doctors Watch".   In a gold filled case measuring 20mm x 44mm.  Case is in very high condition,  one minor mark on back!  Dial is black original and  in near mint condition, nice set of original factory white hands with matching sub second hand.  Movement has seventeen jewels fully serviced and is offset in case which places the winding crown top of center...only company I'm aware that used that innovation. Very hard to find, completely original and  all original  condition.  Comes with brand new strap and original Elgin buckle ready to go!  Very collectible Elgin Duo Dial Doctors vintage watch!
