Really nice example of the Hamilton 992 Elinvar (engraved under balance) produced in 1936.  Dial is double sunk porcelain with Box Car Arabic Numerals,  perfect set of blue spade hands.  Case is a signed (Hamilton) Model 17 with bar over crown...no brassing and in very nice condition.  Railroad grade with 21 jewels and adjusted to five positions and running perfect.
