Very rare early military Illinois  Chieftain  in 14k white gold filled engraved case.  Case is Mfg. by  Fahys  Illinois, special Model 163,  and measures 27.8mm x 33.14mm and in very high condition.  Case is three piece and shows almost no wear and all engraving remains very sharp.   Movement is  very nice ...just serviced and running great.  Very rare early Illinois...outstanding original condition.  Comes with brand new vintage style pig skin band...ready to wear!!  Very collectible, very high condition,  vintage  Illinois  watch!
