Illinois     Integrated Shrapnel Guard  

Classic WWI Illinois in Illinois W.C.Co.  sterling integrated shrapnel guard case.  Movement is a 17 jewel 3/0 Illinois serviced and running great.  Has original Illinois  metal  dial with luminous numerals and hands all original and showing some age.  Case measures 30.4mm x 37.5mm overall and comes with brand new officer style strap.  Very neat military Illinois in high condition...ready to go!!  Hard to believe this watch is 90+ years old and should be in a museum!  Very collectible antique watch!  Watch is engraved with troop and rank on back dated March 2nd, 1918.  A piece of history!!
