Outstanding condition on a rare model 4533 Rolex
from 1947. Illustrated on page 208 "Best
of Time Rolex wristwatches" James M. Dowling and
Jeffrey P. Hess. Case is 14k solid gold with
hallmarks inside back and outside just in
front of crown. Dial is original and in very high
condition...some patina. Case measures 26.6mm x 38mm
overall ,has fancy stylized lugs and in very high
condition , closes tightly with no detractions.
Rolex crown still shows on back...but doesn't show
well in photo's. Movement is a hand wound with 17
jewels ,marked chronometer and adjusted to 7
positions...looks and runs like new! Super condition
on a very rare vintage Rolex....ready to go!

produced exclusively by Illinois watch Company in
1929 . This model is white gold filled , case #164
(Keystone) and measures 28mm x 35mm and lug to lug
31.2. Movement is hand wound with 15 jewels just
serviced and running great. Dial and hands are
original and showing some minor aging ...but really
nice after 80 years on the job. Case is in wonderful
condition and shows no excess wear. This is
the signature piece of any Illinois collection
