How To Place Your Order

Phone, email or fax us to check the availability of the watch or watches in which you are interested (place your order using our website inventory number).

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. Our voice mail is on at all other times. Leave your message, clearly stating your name, area code, phone number, and the item in which you are interested. Watch reservations can be made by voice mail, email or fax. All messages will be responded to in the order received.

Payment
For purchases within the U.S.A., we accept Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer and Personal/Business Checks (all checks will be verified by a 10-day clearing period or bank verification).

TEXAS residents must pay  8.25% sales tax.

Shipping
UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery U.S.P.S., Registered Mail, U.S. Express Mail ,U.S.P.S. Priority mail.

All shipments will be made promptly when payment has been verified.

Warranty
For you satisfaction, Timely Classics offers a Three-Day Inspection/Return Privilege on all watches. 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment (less shipping) upon receipt of the watch in our office. Please Contact Us by the third business day after you receive the watch if you decide to return it.
